What you mean with that? If the name got refused on the creation, doesn't it mean it's taken/break rules? Or they can do something about that?

Just like the activity graph, we could know the average wait time during all day/week/hour.

I have one of those names, because all the names I wanted were taken so I had to settle for a bootleg version of the name I wanted.. :lol: It's not really a problem though, because if someone wants to friend me, they just ask how to type the ? in my name and I simply tell them alt + 0971. :P Exactl...
