How often can you run census before you have to upload data?
Do you have to submit your data each and every time after you scan? Or can you scan multiple servers / factions to which all of them would get credit for the one submission? Just curious, because I play on multiple servers, and enjoy to run census constantly while I'm playing.. but am not too big of...
