I had the same problem, when my file exceeded 8.2MB my uploads were being rejected. I began using uniuploader myself.

The system now accepts uploads over 2mb, but there is an error when processing them.

That was likely what was causing my upload issues then, my file was 8.2MB. I purged my data now the upload works fine.

I can't submit data at all, after the upload completes it displays my IP, however the rest of the confirmation dialog is missing and on my profile there is no pending submission.

It would be very useful to have the server stats page updated to show the populations of the connected realms as a whole. The individual realms within the group of connected realms could be removed from the server stats page to clean it up and give better information. That way you could see the stat...

I purged the data it worked briefly and the problem resumed shortly after. I did a clean install and it worked fine for a day, then the problem resumed once again. It only seems to happen to my characters on the Mal'Ganis realm.
