Server Location vs Peformance.
Hello, I live in Anchorage Alaska and I have high speed DSL up here. I created a character on Emerald Dream, which is located in the Central Time Zone. I always seem to be getting a yellow bar for my latency. I was wondering if anyone (who knows anything about this) can tell me if I would get a noti...
