It's got some fixes for some events that weren't firing properly due to some OnEvent function API modifications.
Check this version out to see if it corrects your issue.

MKombat broken with v1.11 - any fix coming
This mod isn't working under 1.11. I've updated the toc, and can see the options when I do an /mkombat, however, no sounds are playing.
