It is ok to remember IP address's, but please stop preventing mulitple submissions from the same IP address. :? When using Censusplus if you "take" a snapshot at one time, is there a timestamp on the snapshot so can you take another one later that is at a different time.
Or does each Snapshot overwrite the old one in memory?
