i did that and then i uninstalled the addon downloaded again and tried again, same thing

Well i just downloaded census mod for the first time today (obviously its up to date) and i doubt that i did anything wrong, when i upload it however it says: File appears to be valid, checking your version number. Checking your file I was unable to determine what version of CensusPlus you are using...
