I thought it was a cool idea, maybe instead of using a function to get the xp just get their level and assign the character an xp value instead?

I think the character xp it gets is messed up, for a level 3 it says 40 xp, and the total guild xp is messed up too. For example, my guild has quite a few level 70s and yet the total xp for my guild is 24 million. Can someone help?
