TBC pushed until January, Disappointed or Relieved?

Yeah, it wouldn't really surprise me to see the expansion pushed back again past january. The friends I have in the beta have mentioned that there's still a ton of stuff not finished. Unfortunately, I can't tell you anything about the bank slots or the cost of stuff, so I'm not really of much use

I guess I could buy up the 4th-6th ones on my priest that I copied over and check those prices, but I'm not so rich on him

I believe I also read that quest logs will increase to 25 from 20. Even though some of these changes appear minor, they are something else to look forward to. I'm always juggling quests around since my log always seems to be full. Another 5 spots would be nice.

Yup, that one's true as well, very nice addition, although 30 would've been even better!

Prices are not fixed until it hits retail and even then they can change so don't expect too much, I hope they stay low though.

With Vivendi in the background it's not impossible at all that they release it a li'l later now that they missed the holidays, if Blizzard gives a go for say late february the marketing people may make it an early april release to steal as much thunder as possible from AoC for instance.

Any increase is better than no increase!

I wish there were 50 bank slots and room for 10 bags. I might be able to keep from creating mules for at least another year if I had that much storage...

Ok, slots 4 through to 7 are all 25g on the test server... bye bye 50g I spent on confirming that lol (had one character with 3 slots and one with 6

) I assume the lower ones are the same as currently.

Do you think they lowered the costs just for Beta? People said that you are getting unlimited rested experience so you can test things out faster. Perhaps, they lowered the costs on Beta, so people weren't spending 250G on 1 bank slot. I just really doubt that they would lower the cost of the bank slots including ones that have been in the game for over 2 years. Maybe I could see them just lower the new ones, but all of them seems pretty unreal.

I will be really happy if this is the case though!

Not going to count my chickens before they hatch.

I agree with oiseaux's post above.

Even though it likely is not be the final pricing, I think I might hold off on buying the 6th slot for a few of my toons until BC comes out.

I would be surprised if they did lower the pricing, but who knows what goes on in their heads...

I know there are some new 18 slot bag patterns. Have you seen any 20 slot bags or patterns for anything higher than 18?

I'm not sure, they haven't said anything about it not being the final pricing, and I've not seen the unlimited rested exp myself (granted I've not really levelled much but my level 60s are getting more like no rested exp, at least in Outland, although maybe that was just a bug

As far as bag patterns go, my only tailor is too low level for me to have copied her over, but looking at http://bcspy.bc.funpic.de/index.php?categoryid=40 I see patterns for 16-slot (using new common cloth drops, so basically like runecloth bags for commonness), 18-slot (more expensive to make by the looks but should still be fairly common, if not very cheap) and 20-slot (using the new mooncloth, so look like being very expensive at first). But at least bigger bags exist, presumably drops will get bigger too.

Although not complete.. Thottbot has some stuff on TBC.

Just go to thottbot.com and click on the little Beta link below the text box. Then you can browse all the stuff in its database for the TBC only.

As for bags... I've seen an 18 slot bag named Imbued Netherweave Bag listed:

There are a couple of other bags. But with no stats... Be interesting to see what comes up in the coming weeks and months ahead.

Wow I am a tailor and those new patterns look sweet! There is a net that tailors can make that can be used up to 35 yards away and holds the target for 3 secs. lol Just think about how many warlocks are tailors? That will definitely be something I will be using in PVP against all melee classes. Fear, Deathcoil, Net...Yeah that is sweet.

I also seem to recall reading about all CC being less effective in BC (like fear...) so it'll even itself out in the end ;P

...though from salivating over the 'lock 41 point talent tree I'm pretty sure they will be overpowered nonetheless...

To be honest I was looking forward to it but I am releived. there is so much going on in my own personal world right now and much soon to happen in the next few months that I wouldn't get much time to play. I worked very hard to catch up to 60 to join my friends in raids and such and I really don't like the idea of falling behind.
