Which course of action should I take?

Inform player that WhoLib is present but take no further action, which will caused unexpected actions from CensusPlus

Can't see any reason it would, all it does is insert some text before everything you say, just to show your main's name (which you configure in the addon, nothing to do with guildlists or anything)

Another thing I've noticed is that shift + clicking a name while Census is scanning will return 0 results, and yes the person is online. Noticed this last night but was way too sleepy to investigate it a bit further

Hopefully the release today might clear somethings up with that.

Yeah, they changed the format a little, I have a fix for that with this release.
