Sounds like strong arming. I'm not sure what your rights are here. You're presenting the information in an educational sort of setting, logging MMO data for analysis and posterity. Besides, that dude's name could really be Waldkorn.
On the other hand, I think fair use is a bit muddled when you are profiting from the display in some way.
You could put some notices around about trademarks belonging to their respective owners, or have a list of "bad words" that are hidden. IANAL, though.
Since the data comes directly from the game I would say it is a blizzard issue....but the easiest way to fix it would be to report the guy on that server posing as the actual brand manager and ask that it be changed.
This site just sends user submitted information via general inquiries on players playing World of Warcraft and reports it collectively. There is nothing that we can do to stop it. If we were to delete it, a report from a user on the website, wether it be anonymously or a registered user, would easily recreate the character page.
Our website is a census of the World of Warcraft population and modifying correct data would tarnish the integrity of our project and would corrupt one of our most vital objectives.

The name "Zolkrum?" has been copyrighted. One of your players has been using the name and we wonder if you could help us contact the player.
Certainly, it is only that the player doesn't know the name has been copyrighted and the continued use of the name is considered copyright infringement.
We would ask that the player to stop using the name immediately.
Weird changes in the TOS, before if someone had a brand name I could be an ass and report their name and have them re-name their toon, now Blizz says that they have to be contacted from the company directly :-/ I wonder how many re-name emails they get on a daily basis
