Someone managed to hack my account yesterday (at least I am assuming this, ) and messed it up so Blizzard has permanently closed it. I am furious that they accuse me of something without proof, but there is nothing I can do. I have requested an investigation, but don't expect to be able to play any more.

They have also cancelled my subscription.

I am just letting you know since you won't see my characters in the game any more. I doubt that they will ever let me have another account, and there is no way that I can protect it even if they do.

I am so frustrated right now, cause I can't get any of the stuff on the characters.

If anyone has any suggestions or experience with this, please let me know. I have never shared my account or password with anyone, never accepted any offers from gold farmers or otherwise messed things up with the rules. I live alone, and no one else has access to my computer. I hate that I am accused of something without proof of my doing it.

So just beware that your account can be shut down by Blizzard without proof, warning or anything you can do.

I would like to keep my account open here until after next week, just to see if anyone can help.

I do know, in another guild, there was a member whose account was hacked and several of us e-mailed Blizzard to plead their case, and we won. The account was reinstated. and they were fine.

Please know that I will miss all of you - will miss playing the game, and will just find another online game to play instead. If any of you know of any other mmorpg out there that are good to play, let me know.

Until then, take care, this is the best guild I have ever been in. I will miss u all terribly.

I have had a similiar problem with our accounts.
Both of my accounts were suspended about 6 months ago, but after much pleading they were reinstated.
I had one of my accounts suspended again last month. But this time the sequence of events was slightly different. We received an email saying that a password change had been requested and that a seperate email would be sent informing me of the new password. We never received this. After several emails to Blizzard asking them what was going on, without any replies, the account was 'working' again.
The first time that we had problems, the emails from Blizzard were moving forward and backward fairly quickly. But on this second occurance, it appeared that only half of the emails were being send/received.
So yes, I know how you feel about this whole process.

You may try WAR, or Aion.

Aion is the latest MMORPG that everyone is jumping on, but the grind will kill you.
