I for one, love the addon! The site has also helped me choosing new realms.
I have moved many times now, in my wow history, (I counted it up on the last move and all together, I have paid $550 to move realms.... DONT TELL MY WIFE!)
Anyways, when I am bored with a certain realm, or desire something new... I first come HERE and look up stats before I roll a toon on that realm and check it out.
My latest move was off Gul'Dan! I took the free move off Aman'Thul after Cata came out due to the wait times just to log in. At the time, Census Plus was down and no data on the site that wasn't 2+weeks old.
I gambled on Gul'dan and was the worst mistake ever!
I just moved to Deathwing, and I am loving it here. I am now into PVP until the PVE gets a little more interesting...
Everytime I ever mention Warcraft Realms, on other sites, in chat, etc. People are always quick to point out that the data on this site is not 100% accurate.
We duh, but when I want a PVP realm, that is in MST and pretty close to balanced at level 85. Am I going to trust Blizzards Low, Med, High pop designations? I think not.
How have you used this site and addon?
Has Census+ and Warcraft Realms Helped you? How?

I'd be curious to know what site these people would recommend for more accurate population stats. I don't know of any.EpikPhailure wrote:People are always quick to point out that the data on this site is not 100% accurate.
I have to agree with Faline's assesment of the situation.
:D:D
As for people complaining about data accuracy... Epik, next time someone complains, tell the complainer to match my records (now totaling well over 15 million units of data) and to do it in under 27 months and then, maybe, complain, if s/he still feels like we haven't done enough.

Complaining does not improve the situation, doing something about it, will.
