Best XP...

Post by Hybuir »

After I have my Priest up to lvl 60, thinking of making a shaman and have him be my pvp char. I know how to get to lvl 20, but it's the other areas that I have a bad time leveling at. Anyone know what to do during these awkward stages?

21-25: Tarren Mill (In and South of Durnhold Keep) - Spiders & Cougars
26-30: Thousand Needles
31-35:
36-40:
41-45:
46-50:
51-55: Winterspring - Yetis
56-60: Winterspring - Owlbeasts

31-35 i seem to recall spending alot of time in stonetalon mountains on my shaman
36-40 arathi then the pirates cove behind stromgarde.
41-45 the troll village on the coast of hinterlands
46-50 Feralas then Felwood

on that note....
in desperation and complete and total anger at the queue times i have been looking for a server with low queue times that I can make a lowbie and play some cuz i simply dont always have 30 mins to wait to log in then only 30 mins to play. I started a warlock on Alexstrsza or whatever it but that seems to have a queue as well. Does anyone have a queueless server they can recommend? Would anyone else like to make some alts to play on another server together?

I'll come play with you on some server or another. :)

Just as long as I don't have to play a Rogue. >_>

As far as grinding, I farm skinnable beasts in STV and the hinterlands with my leatherworker. While my warrior blacksmith prefers humonoids in hinterland, and blasted lands. I tried to farm for breath of wind and xp in tanaris. but the drops were too rare. If im grinding for xp, i grind mobs that have common drops i can use.(ie, leather, cloth, or ore spawns in the area). It, I think, takes some of the boredom out of farming.

I haven't had any trouble on Maelstrom. I don't log on every night, but I can't remember hitting a queue. (Uther, my normal server, has a queue most nights now.) Maelstrom is on Central time, and it's RP-PVP.

I've got a Ceto over there, but she's really an off-character, not one I play with any regularity.

On my 51 Warrior, I grind in the Western Plaguelands. Earning the rep for Argent Dawn by killing the zombies is a plus, and if you have a 50+ mage, you can wipe 10-15xzombies at once... 4500xp every 3 mins or so. Plus the Beast's Deck's cards drop randomly.
