PVP Realm Suggestions????

My friend and I are currently looking for a new server to roll to. We are looking for a realm that is very new, meaning very little lvl 60s and will not be open for lvl 60s to transfer to.

I doubt you will find a new server where the latter isn't true.

Good luck with that. When I re-rolled on Staghelm, it was brand new (which was what I wanted at that point). then Bliz opened it up for transfers after three months, and it severely impacted the community.
