Hi all, I'm 28 yrs old and working selfemployed as Promoter/Salesman in mobilephone-bussiness in germany. I play 3-8 hours a day @ min. 5 days a week. Being involved as an officer in a guild keeps me logging in every night. And yes, I'm single^^.

Almost 39 ( 20 days till the 25th, at least where I am ), hardcore gamer. Unemployed due to disabilities (and let me tell you welfare sucks) working on my SSI case. Heavy into gaming, co-founder of a largish gaming clan now expanding into WoW. We also do Crysis, CS:S, BF2, COD4, and Urban Terror.

Coming back to WoW after an 8 1/2 month haitus due to building up my clan in other games. Convinced my co-founder to expand into WoW.

PVE for now. This certainly isn't like the aforementioned games where you have to pay a host to run a server. We currently run 25 servers for the other games.

Funny thing is, we started as a single server back in October last year for a little known Quake 3 mod called Urban Terror and it kind of exploded from there. All of our server and website fees are paid strictly through donations totaling ~$500/month. And that's exactly what it costs us to run.

so is this going to be a private server or playing on the public realms?

Public realms of course. One thing we don't support is the kind of thinking that goes behind private servers which violate the EULA.

I spend about 20-40 hrs/week on WoW, mostly playing my 19 twink healer after work until the expansion. IRL I have a 3 yr old son (part-time) and a cat who attacks me during gameplay (too often) . I'm a 28 yr old guy from PA who works as a network technician for a Colo/DR company.

My wife and I are looking to possibly transfer, not sure where or what, but we're Alliance so that would hinder about half of you guys, lol. I'm posting here to see if we can find some players around us to maybe get to know someone that we actually play with for once...

I'm stationed at Ft. Rucker in southeast Alabama (near Dothan). I'm stuck here as an MP. I'm actually working midshift right now, hence the trolling. Hit me up here or on Zangarmarsh on Handlebars/Bama/Bamatoo otherwise.-

Aw, cheer up. I just think that most of the people that use this site are familiar with it and won't bother posting here since they have been around so long. I don't see as many new people around here either. (I think for the most part the census duties have befallen us old timers. The young whipper-snappers of today are happy being able to use the info we provide but don't really care about collecting it. However, if you feel the need to have someone post, then I will comply.)

I am 39 and I live in Ocala, Florida. I have been playing wow since beta. I play a bit every night when time allows, more on the weekend. My guild has 3 couples, all older than I am, as well as several other younger players and they are also all from Ocala. Rest of our guild is spread out all the way to the west coast.

well nice threat :)
edit: ehhh thread.

i'm a dba (ms sql server), male, age 30+.
i have a malinois dog (short haired belgian shepard), unable to do my favorite hobby besides wow and that's dogsport (training malinois dogs for protection sport, although dog is capable for policestuff i didn't want that road).

played since classic beta and lucky owner of 3 collector editions. started priest, night elf, switched horde a long time ago (in a galaxy far away) and i know some fellow players in realtime. organised 2 lan parties, sunwell plat raider but couldn't keep up with 24.00 end time and work so left the guild with wotlk.

my best moments in wow were guild first kill onyxia and guild first kill brutallus (just before the nerf). and if i say onyxia nowadays "who's that ?" oh well :)

some horde chars @LB: 70 warlock, 70 hunter, 61 paladin, 60 shaman, 71 priest, 70 ud rogue (pvp), 74 be rogue (pve) and some alliance chars and probably some forgotten.

and if your on a pvp server and would like pets from the other faction ... feel free to have a chat on my main (pharao @ lb, europe)
You have to know where you are going else you are going nowhere
