player tracking

anyone know how or what site to go to, to see or track players in a guild outside of WoW?
i want to be able to see who's on before i join the realm.

As in who is actually online in the game at any given time? If so, that's not really something that can be reliably tracked.

I don't think that english is his first language. I think he may be speaking Orcish with a hint of Troll...hrmmm
