Some months ago, I had a Elf Druide named Lexya, I deleted this character two months ago (more or less).

I created a new character with the same name (one month ago) but this one is a Priest...

Still not updated... on wacraftrealms.com, normal ? What can I do ?

What realm? Also, have you submitted a census snapshot with your new char? How long ago was your last submission?
