Auctioneer's fee

Hello,

Is there a definate Auctioneer's fee that is charged in Orgrimmar?

ie: If my item was purchased with Buy it Now for 500G, and it was a 24Hr auction listed as 200Gmin and Buy it Now 500G.

What would be the exact amount of Net gain? I know the deposit is refunded 100%

The ingame Bizzard GM's refuse to answer the question.

I've heard it's 5% in orgrimaar and 15% in Gadgetzan.

Any help would be appreciated.

In your opinion,

If you sold something buy it now for 500G,do you think 411G in payment sounds reasonable?
I just can't understand why there isn't a set AH fee %. I keep hearing 5% in Orgrimaar, but no info forthcoming from Blizzard, at least that I can obtain. There should be an answer out there somewhere?

I know it is not a flat %. I do not know how it is calculated, but I believe it has something to do with the vendor price.
