show all guilds?

Is there a way to see a list of all guilds on a server,
instead of just the top 50?
Clicking on "All Guilds" at the top of that guild list doesn't do it.

Clicking All Guilds just includes all guilds in the display instead of a specific guid if you have selected one.
There is no way to see all guilds on a server at the moment.

so it could be changed?
I tried variations of wildcard character "*",
but only get an error message of "More than 100 guilds returned, please refine your search."
Wanted to get a list of all guilds on a server, ability to sort it by guild level.

Yes, currently there is no way to get what you are looking for. I would have to add that functionality.
