As the result of a rather odd form of inheritance, I have ended up with a 58 rogue.. Who so far I've almost got through 59. Working on getting Blizzard to move him to my account, because I would much rather have my friend's legacy with me then to let it die, seeing as how I cannot maintain two accounts at once.
And I'll explain how I got the account the short way. A long time ago, about level 44 or so, I started PvPing like crazy. I met a rogue who was always there also, who I quickly became friends with. Between two priests, a mage, two hunters, three rogues, and two shamans, we were the PvP A-team for our level group. Well, Diztortion (one of our rogues) Had been offline for some two months, and on Saturday, October 29, logged on for the first time since roughly August. I greeted him with the standard "DIZ!", but all he had to say weas ":(". He then explained to me that he was leaving for the USMC (Damn them..!) and would never be returning to WoW. He also said the guy he was going to give his account to had quit, and offered it to me. He told me he had about 200g worth of stuff between two characters on this server (His 58 rogue and Twstd, his 30 warrior.). With that said, he gave me the account information and logged off.
I'd just assume keep the 58 rogue, as opposed to butchering all the hard work he put into it.
Just figured I'd share this story with all of you, because I (once again) have nothing better to do.
