How can I compare active populations for multiple servers?

Post by Slothrop »

Is there any way to get a graph of active populations (or population period) across multiple servers? For example, it would be interesting to know which is the most populous realm, vs. the least, etc.

You can use the US Realm overview stats:

http://www.warcraftrealms.com/realmstats.php

There is also one for EU:

phpbb:phpinfo()

That doesn't actually show most populous realm though, it does show which server has had the most characters seen in the last 30 days but that's more a function of how often census is run rather than actual population. If you wish to compare actual population and compare the concurrent numbers you'll have to delve each server and make a chart of your own.
