I believe this is just French and does not include German and English servers.

Yes, there are a lot more english speaking servers, I saw a cpl of screenies of those. Still 7 servers is very few, I believe DAOC has 5 french servers with 5000-9000 players online concurrently, in the US the figure is maybe 30000. If WoW is as successful in france as in the US that would mean 40000+ players concurrently on 7 servers which is close to 6000 players per server.

I guess the lessonis that Blizzard didn't learn from the US launch.

yep blizz seems to have grossly misestimated the success of wow .. all PvP server had huge queues hours after the release

an 8th fr pvp server has just been created,

but there are .... 33 euro english servers up, lots of them still quite empty ...

well, just when you think things are getting better
