How do I get my pvp data updated for my characters?

How do I get my pvp data updated for my characters?

Basically title says it all.

I see charcters on here that have their pvp ranks and HKs listed, however mine always stay as "unconfirmed" - what do I need to do?

You need to use the Census+ UI mod, take a snapshot, and upload your data =)
