Good EST PvE Server?

Post by Zaiden »

I'm having a problem deciding on a (EST PvE) server thats keeping me from playing WoW. I looked at all of them, and the only three that really interest me are Zul'jin, Bloodhoof, and Duskwood. I really want to play on Duskwood, because its newer (Which can be good and bad), and I like the name alot, plus I can use the names I use for my characters (I'm REALLy bad at coming up with names). The part that makes me think twice is that the server looks really low on players, and I've heard its kinda dead/dying. Also, theres seems to be alot of people who can't spell, can't make a guild name correct, and just lots of immaturity going around (It feels like the AOL sever).

Zul'jin and Bloodhoof have been having Server problems with lag and such, plus I can use the names I like, so that keeps me away. I really need help making this decision, and was wondering if you guys could help me.

I have no experience with any of the servers in question.

Duskwood is fairly new and is probably just now stabilizing it's population. It has been a healthy Medium over the past month:

And while there appears to be a drastic activity drop off :

It is likely to level out over time.

Well with every server you are going to have immaturity. There is no way around it.

Since my first server I picked was a PVE server, just make sure you understand what that means. I was unaware of it and I now have a level 60 warrior that I never play and will never be able to transfer to a PVP server.

I would say go with Duskwood because as Rollie said, the activity has been fairly steady with a slight drop. The other 2 servers have high populations most of the times so queues, lag, and downtime will most likely plague these servers soon.
