Unlike the US CMs and forums, the EU ones are actually helpful.

Lol those of us in Europe think it's the other way round, given that we've no direct contact with the devs and only ever get any info on upcoming changes after it's been on the US forums for several hours (or days sometimes)
Any questions we ask about actual game issues (rather than community issues, which our CMs are fairly helpful with, I'll admit) will never get an answer because our CMs can't say anything until they get the go-ahead from the devs, so they usually just say nothing. The rogues on the US forums complain that their CMs aren't posting enough but our rogues haven't seen a blue since the revision of the initial 1.12 ideas was posted
Strikes me that the forums really should just be merged, seems people on both sides think the other side is better - we all want posting access to the US forums anyway, so we can actually interact with the people who might be able to do something
Edit: on second thoughts, no, don't merge,; the european whiners are bad enough, and the ones on the US forums look ten times worse than ours

If there's one thing players on the official forums know how to do, it's whine - about everything. Although there is an occasional nugget of useful information in there from time to time, most if it is just useless nonsense, complaining, and player/guild bashing. The CMs tend to be vague to the point of barely being useful; I prefer to hope that it's because their hands are tied by the devs. I like to try and give them a little credit since they're only doing their jobs... communication seems to be lacking for blizzard all the way around.the european whiners are bad enough, and the ones on the US forums look ten times worse than ours

I couldnt agree with you more xpolockx. I have seen this even more since I became a DJ for Split Infinity Radio. We get interviews with Devs from other MMOs and get inside stuff but the WoW devs say they dont know anything but what is posted already on the website so they wont do interviews.
