From what I hear and read it seems Blizzard is chasing any outside of their NA region atm. Adding new stuff to ToA and so on.
Have to say its sad to see. Ppl should be alloved to play wherever they want.

Especially considering that the game is on sale in regular game stores in Brazil as the official version for Brazil and the only thing about it is that content is in english which is rather common for most games so a lot of players from there and some other places aren't even aware of that when they start playing the game... Anyone outside the US knows very well that you sometimes must comply with very strange rules to play US games even when they aren't restricted to the US so requiring a US address doesn't even raise a red flag, it's just the usual bs.
