Horde = Gankers?

Just looking at the server stats, if you sort by A:H activity, all PVP realms are more heavily horde populated. The PVE realms are more alliance populated. An interested stat to say the least.

This has been debated many times over. One of the arguments is that more 'hardcore' people play PVP, and are also more apt to play Horde. I don't know if any studies have been done to back that up, but it is a common argument for your observation.

I think that people that are up for a challenge roll horde. It just seems that if you want everything to be against you, you'd roll pvp. Plus with the same mentaility you can justify horde being the 'bad guys' and the alliance being the righters of wrong.

I started horde mainly due to friends who were playing horde...I have tried a number of times to play alliance and just haven't been able to get into that side

Other way round for me, went alliance when I first started the game because of a friend, then just stayed alliance when I changed server as it felt like home. I do have horde alts but they never get very far - one reached lvl 60 and I do plan to take him to 70 eventually, but I can't really get into horde much so it's going very slowly.

they should introduce chameleons to both sides, you can pick the set of racials that you want from your faction, that would be uber.

Heh, our most imaginative dreams for World of Warcraft never come true.
I think it would be cool if you could make your character a traitor, because I'd betray the alliance and side with the horde. A night elf would look kinda crappy as a horde though, eh?
Time to roll an undead caster.
