What new perks/problems have you guys noticed?
Auction House generated emails for successful auction sales will now have a one-hour delay and is no longer instantaneous
Make those gold farmers starve. I had to get monies for my flying mount this weekend. I did the old fashioned way... questing, grinding, and whoring out my professions!

Just another patch imo... Not much change for me really. The Voice Chat is still delayed and hasn't been activated.

Everything else is... /yawn

I'm waiting for 2.3, Zul'Aman will rock as well as the class changes like no more Mage tax. New mounts... and more goodies.... mmm can't wait =D

Been reading up the changes on http://www.mmo-champion.com/

Also 2.2.2 will be out tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct 2nd) with that comes the Brewfest... Yay Ram mounts for Hordes! And it will also contain the Hallow's End stuff with the Broom flying mount which is only a one-time use but still cool.

Well only bad thing i can think of is all my addons needing a complete overhaul, but it's the same with every other major patch, I just really depend too much on my addons to be able to play WoW without em.

I didn't really notice anything post patch except for my unit frames were jacked, that's whne i actually realized that I had to get a whole new set of addons. I usually just use small mods, but they do add up.

Recently I dumped LootLink due to the overwhemling amount of space it took while the game was running. Anyone have any issues with Atlas Loot or can reccomend a better mod?

Voice chat now works. Things is only on a limited number of servers at this time.

Yup just Nightfall and Stormstrike battlegroups only (not sure about EU realms).... and even those realms have had the voice chat thing been taken down and back up about half a dozen times already.

*edit* actually... all realms are getting voice chat this afternoon!

No major problems for me, one addon died but I found a workaround that might fix it (not sure yet, been on holiday and only got home last night so not had much time to play with mods) Not a lot exciting in the patch though, a few nice gem recipes, I made the 26 +heal one for my priest last night, but everything else is pretty unexciting for me. Roll on 2.3... I want to see ZA!

I think the next entrepaneur thing will be voice chat dirty talk... 100g an hour. Phone operators + chinese gold farmers = chinese phone operators.

that would be about the only thing i would check voice chat out lol
but for myself only a few add on problems
voice thingy still ain't working on eu khadgar
and something i find very odd is that as a mage before the patch i could sit and put up my armor spell, but not any more, altho i'm sure that was one of the things u should be able to do.

I think they're just testing it out w/ the american servs. My brother rolled on EU for a year and a half and loved it. The patches would be fixed by the time they hit those servers. The thing that got to him is that his raid times would be like at 2PM CST. And that he always had a buncha weird talking people on vent. He would make fun of them and say "WTF Mate?"

well we mainly raid from about 8 pm till whenever we don't have enough peeps anymore. tho we still have a bunch of weird talking people on our ts , for me, it's kinda fun tho and the 'word' most frequently used: FFs or Fms depends on what caused a wipe ;p
but still no voice chat...
thank the goats i got my own server for ts ;p

Not impressed with the voice chat. Definitely won't be dethroning my use of Vent anytime soon.

Can't wait to check out Brewfest though =)

what's Fms? (you can pm me with the answer ;) want to keep the site family friendly)

i think the voice implementation was to encourage (yet) smaller guilds. Why be in a 20-40 man guild when a 50-100 man guild has vent/ts guild website, etc etc.? It takes that edge away from the bigger guilds and puts everyone on a even playing field.

Glad to hear it's not great quality tbh, I have a lot of issues with voice chat (can't understand it etc) and just hate using it, was worried it being ingame would mean people insisting on using it in all groups, but hopefully if the quality's rubbish they won't want to so much.

Yeah, my cousin and some friends were comparing the voice chat quality to both vent and teamspeak, and it's definitely at the bottom. One perk of the built in chat is finding out that the really annoying guy in your bg that you think must be a 10 year old kid... is exactly that. And then you mute him. :)
