Looking to transfer

Hi Im a 70 mage on low pop server, Tortheldrin. The server is horrible for finding groups to run anything and im looking to run end game raids. My guild only runs kara once a week ..im looking to do more than that. Anyone have any suggestions for a good normal realm.
