This Adam Sandler movie looks stupid, but funny. I can't wait to see it tomorrow.

My cousin enjoyed it. What'd you think of it? I'm going to wait to see it until it comes to the $1 theatre in town, haha.

I didn't get to see it. I woke up Saturday morning to the Blue screen of death. I spent literally 18 hours reloading windows, warcraft, mods, etc.

It would of been half of that, but after reloading everything I decided to download the new service pack 3 for XP. After that I rebooted, and got the blue screen of death again. I guess my bios ACPI enable doesn't work with it so I had to redo everything again, and avoid downloading SP3.

It was a very aggravating weekend. I hate when you have so many mods, you can't even come close to remembering all of them. Also than everything has to be redone in game too. Every spellbar, tooltip, mail, census, etc...

I lost over a years worth of Auctioneer data, screenshots, etc...

I can keep ranting for days....

Ouch! I hear ya on the mods thing, got my new pc last week and decided I'd go with a totally clean install of wow, so while I had a backup of my WTF folder I didn't use it except on a couple of things (macros mainly) and oh boy... got my horde characters all set up now but whenever I next play alliance they all need to be fixed up from scratch too, fun. At least I never used major UI modifications, so it wasn't as much work as it could've been!

Btw you probably learned this now but it's well worth keeping a backup of your WTF folder on an external hard drive or something - I was very grateful for that when I got a blue screen of death exiting WoW a few times that caused it to just wipe all information on everything that was in memory at the time (ie all addons settings, all macros on the character in use), but as I always have a backup that's no more than 2-3 weeks old it wasn't too bad to recover from, more a 20 mins annoyance than a major disaster.

I decided to be even smarter. I bought a second harddrive, so only windows is on one harddrive, and everything else on the other. So if it goes belly up again it will only be the windows harddrive I have to reload. :)

Same here. It works wonders. :) Sorry to hear about all that mess... I've been through that before too. Pretty awful.

brother works with w0w tech support, says that w0w never works after a system restore, something about it overwritting certain files ... basically it's jacked. I'd totally recommend running w0w from another HDD.
