Need a good PvP realm.

I've been looking for quite a while now, and I still can't decide which realm I should play on. Here are my specifications:
- Always high population. (over 20,000 at any time)
- Almost even A to H ratio. (can be about 10% off)
Any suggestions would be great. I've narrowed my search down to these realms: Mug'thol, Arthas and Jubei'Thos. But feel free to add in any other realms that I might have not seen.
