I've been on Sargeras since the beginning and while I have enjoyed it I've seen many of my friends and even guilds slowly disappear and I am now looking for a new realm.

Also, due to my being deployed for several months I am way behind in raiding and therefore gear and most of the Sargeras guilds have so many geared/experienced members they aren't interested in taking someone at my level on.

So does anyone have any suggestions about another realm that might be good for me? I'm a level 80 rogue, with a mix of blue and Naxx gear and a casual raider/more than casual BG PvP player.

Should I go for a low pop realm or a medium or just another high pop and see what I get?

I would look for a higher pop server if I were you. As your play has specific requirements due to your deployments/etc, the bigger choices you have in finding a group to play with, the better!

You might even do some looking around for deployment friendly guilds. I would not be surprised if there were guilds out there that cater specifically to military personnel.
