Which Realm to Choose for WoW EU - Alliance

Hello,
after playing 2 years WoW and account hacked,waiting for blizz to give me back,i dont even know how much it will take,they told from 1 week till month,i created a new account which i intend to keep and play.
The problem is i was on a pve realm ( Wildhammer ) for 2 years,with low pve progress and about 0% pvp.
If u have any suggestion about a good balanced realm (alliance/horde% ), a good guild maybe i would offer to any team the best i can.
I would appreciate ur help
