What happened to Drakkari?

On http://www.warcraftrealms.com/server_submissions.php
this server as showing very low submissions, but on http://www.warcraftrealms.com/mostwanted.php it is not showing up at all?
I am pretty sure that it used to appear on the Most Wanted list, but it seems to have been omitted lately.
