Unfortunately, I am pretty much as much in the dark as everyone else. There hasn't been a drawing in over a year and there are indeed no posts by Rollie since late December / very early January.
However, I suspect that if he had completely abandoned the site, it would have gone permanently offline fairly long time ago. I am just making a guess, but I think IRL issues are keeping his contributions to the absolute minimum, basically meaning he'll get the site back on its feet, if it crashes (which has happened a couple of times since December), but not much else.
I personally find the site useful, so I will keep submitting some data as long as the site is up, CP functions with whatever the current version of WoW is live at the time and I enjoy playing it. Should one (or more) of those factors change, well... the concequences are fairly obvious.
