non-detected EU IP address

Hi!

I often try to update EU-Aszune server, and i recive this warning after update:

IP: ............
Latvia
It appears you have uploaded this file from a non-detected EU IP address yet you selected the EU upload, your upload has been flagged for verification.

And as i see, my updates are not up even after day. Tried from different ISP, and same result.

As i see, you detected correctly, that my IP is Latvian, so you just need to add that Latvia is realy in Europe If you need always up-to-date list of latvian IP from official source, it's there:

I have approved that IP, sorry that I haven't been keeping on top of those approvals as well as I should. I also added Latvia to my list of accepted EU countries =)

Thanks Now it's working fine even from other Latvian IP.
