The bold part is new as of this version of the EULA..
I guess I am going to get banned... since I have 4 US and 1 EU battlenet accounts.
Not that I ever use more then 1 at a time.

I wonder if this is an attempt to go after the 5 character multi-box players?
I can't believe it is due to DB issues on recording all the accounts.

That's an interesting one, unless perhaps it means Battle.net accounts, as they tend to refer to game accounts as game licences these days, while "account" usually means Battle.net account. I'd imagine they'd have communicated it more clearly if they were going to restrict game accounts, since a fair number of people would be affected - I saw a 15+ player multiboxer the other day!

So.. can you have multiple live Wow Accounts attached to the same battlenet accounts?

I've had two live (paid) and one starter account on my one Battle.net account for years now, to the best of my knowledge there's no restriction how many game accounts you can attach to your Battle.net account. Unless they just changed it, but I'd have expected to see an outcry on the forums if it had changed!

I heard that there is a 9x WoW limit on a battle.net account, but never saw a confirmation..
All other games have ONE per account, which IS confiirmed.
i've also heard that there is a 16x license limit (all games) on a battle.net account.. Still unconfirmed...

I'd never heard of either of those - that is interesting to know! Wonder if there's a particular reason for any of the limits, the one account for other games is particularly annoying when they restrict character slots, card deck slots etc. Tbh I'm surprised they haven't made extra Hearthstone decks a paid feature yet, as even I, a very low lvl player, find I could use one spare - I had to just not try a couple of classes at all so as to have free slots for making decks to do Naxx challenges without messing up my regular decks...

So this is what I found out at Battle.net

Too Many Game Accounts
This error is caused when you have the maximum number of game accounts associated with your Battle.net account. Each Battle.net account is allowed:

Eight World of Warcraft game accounts.
One StarCraft II game account.
One Diablo III game account.
One Heroes of the Storm game account.
One Hearthstone game account.
Note: If you are trying to purchase a game as a gift, you will need to click the Gift button in the shop.
