I love the character histories on this site, the "First Seen" date on my old main let me know that yesterday was his 10th birthday! http://www.warcraftrealms.com/char/15440869 As I rolled this character the day I returned after a ganking-induced break and rerolled on a PVE realm, I could confirm with my account history that it was indeed Sep 21st 2005 that I created that character. So I just took him for a flight around old zones and gave him a big cake from Dalaran to eat

Today will be the last day he's seen though, the new models just made him not my character at all (I turned old models on for my memory lane trip!), I finally decided a couple of weeks ago but waited for the 10th birthday - he'll rise again as undead when the character transfer goes through, feels a bit bad killing him but oh well, in reality Blizzard killed him last year; I'll be actually playing him now instead of cursing the impostor who's been taking up his character slot

Nice! Happy B-days. I just looked for my first two toons, created the same day, one of which is still with us. Both would be 10 later this year. Unfortunately one is not in the database and the other first shows up in late 08 at level 70. Don't feel bad, he wouldn't blame ya, some of the new models/textures are just too goofy lookin.

Same name, same realm so the armory link shows Undead even though the WCR description says Human so you didn't really kill him lol.

Aww, shame your old characters aren't in the database in their early life; I'm lucky tbh, discovered WCR very early on (seems my 10-year anniversary here is next week!) so I was running Censusplus myself most of the time. And someone other than me was running it the day I created that character, so I have the "first seen" on the right date (I'd expected to have to use the account history to get the real date but hey, it matched what WCR has!

Hehe yep, had to keep him the same, I have a whole backstory for him, a bit RP'ish although I don't actually RP, so it would've felt just wrong to turn him into a dwarf or gnome, even though I like both those races (I did use my 90 boost on a gnome to replace him on alliance side!), the only options inkeeping were undead or worgen, and I'm not a big worgen fan tbh, plus undead gets him on the same faction as my main, so, undead it is Surprised how quick armory updated, nice!

Btw we seem to have a glitch with the "last seen" date on WCR - Sep 20th? I hadn't logged him for about a week before today, it should be showing either 21st or even 22nd (logged off a couple of minutes past midnight my time, an hour past midnight server time). Not 20th

And another site glitch: why can't I use an apostrophe - ' - in a character description? It complains at me about syntax errors till I give up and rewrite the description to avoid using them

This is an OLD bug.. I think I have reported it, a few years ago... I have atleast thought of reporting it, and that also counts for something

If you play at night/in the morning (date = 21), and upload you data.
WCP server is located "over there" (date = 20) and process your data.

Regardless of your uploaded data says 21, every single entry will be recorded (on site) as 20..
Had you waited with uploading, until WCP had turned to 21, it would be correct..

Except I uploaded when it was 22nd here (albeit by only a few minutes), and WCR still says 20th... I can totally understand being one day off, but 2?

Plus my "new" undead rogue says first seen on the 20th, yet I have the Blizzard conformation email of my transfer in my inbox, dated: 01:21 on the 22nd. 20th just isn't physically possible without the server clock being wrong http://www.warcraftrealms.com/char/215318988
