Question Regarding PvP ranks

Hi,
I just have a quick question for the knowledgable ones in regards to the PvP ranking system.
How many HK's do you need to achieve the first rank? I cant find the information on the web. If anyone have some kind of table in regards to the ranks i would be grateful
