If I submit the file can one know by looking at that file the names of all my other WoW characters? If so , who has access to this specific data?

Do you archive these files uploaded by us and make them available that anyone can take a look at a specific file and make that determination for themselves?

There is no way for characters to be associated with one another.

The uploaded information is discarded after processing and never placed somewhere where others could view it.
