mkombat mod modification

Hi...I've problem with Mkombat...mod work perfectly, but I try to mod the mod ( lol)...what I want is that finish him sound play only if mob have 20% of healt or when mob healt=20% and my combo point=5....Obviously I can't mod in the right way..so please help me...
