Max level 110 - automatic not a problem

Demon Hunter class - CP - prep done will extend main window to add DH icon. Need Blizzards in game Icon and naming variants M/F all regions.
WR.com - ditto, no known issues for adding new class display

Min Level ? - CP - may drop levels 1-10, since Blizzard shows no indication on policy change.
[these levels will probably be removed from scan and display but will remain valid in database for target/rollover and '/census me']
WR.com - Metalbeast will need to decide on how to handle.

Interesting to note some reversions in the game.
Warlocks seem to be going back to spec play style of old..
Demon Hunters limited to one race each faction.

It's so nice having smooth transitions planned as soon as the expansion's announced these days, great stuff

Side note: /census me doesn't work if you're on a character below lvl 20, as /who doesn't pick it up. Any easy way to grab the lvl/guild info without /who'ing the playing character? Although I guess that adds an extra level of complexity that patches can break, so depends if it's worth bothering with for what'll basically just be a heap more census alts in the database

I'm probably in a minority liking the demo warlock change; I just couldn't get into metamorphosis gameplay, never felt right to me, so I gave up on the spec of late, having really enjoyed it when it was all about strong demons. Hoping I can go back to demo with 7.0 Hunter changes seem odder to me; MM with no pet, Suvival as melee, that'll feel really weird on both counts, kinda glad BM was always my preferred spec anyway.

/census me on a <20 level character not working.. hmm.. I hadn't thought about that..
or in a way I did.. but I am not interested in running census on a character that isn't really in game to play.
I started to suggest an alternate approach .. then realized I was wrong..
you can't do a mouse-over/target of yourself.. because that was being triggered too often.. and I blocked self target tracking.

I am on the last few days of my time card, and have been playing through all of my old classes.
Some of the classes were overly complicated to play.. eg. Warlock (during BC? WoLK).
The player really had to think about which action was the appropriate one for the situation, with Mop [I don't have Wod] the choices are so simplified you can play in your sleep.

I think or some classes they had gone too far.. and then knee-jerk reaction simplified too far..
Hopefully they will find the happy ground.

After much thought and code browsing... Here are my current plans for
Census 1 - 19
Census 20
Census x1 - y0 (eg. 21-30, 31-40 etc.)

and /Census me.

Census will be modified to go from max level to Blizzards undocumented but observed min level of 20
/Census me will be removed from the standard census run

instead if /Census me is requested a special routine somewhat like a mouse-over or targeted capture will be triggered.

Bottom line /who requests for data that Blizzard has stopped replying to will no longer happen.
if you want to ensure that your character is captured in the census at the last moment.. you need to submit the request yourself.

These changes will happen at the latest with the pre-release that Blizzard will do before the expansion pack goes live.
My changes may go live sooner.. but, I won't be making a release just for these changes.

On the other hand {Carrot mode}.. if people update the localizations for the languages that have missing phrases...
I would be willing (eager) to push out a new update for that.
