Add character ID to the character history page

I know that it's in the URL, and easy enough to find, but now that MSS is up and running more people are going to be looking for their character ID. If it's right there under the character name and server, maybe they will be more likely to find it the first time.

Wow thanks for that! But I'm sure we all know the ID is in the URL

But at least now its easy to find.... now I just need to get MSS working correctly

The main reason I asked for it is because I had to explain about 10 times (ok, so that's an exaggeration) at MSS that it was in the URL and some people still couldn't find it. So, for ease of support, I figured that might help.
