Disable while in an instance/combat

I've had to disable this mod because of the lag I get when a scan has just finished.

I wouldn't mind an option for the scan to be disabled while in an instance (easy to do, as code is already in place for bg's), or while in combat (probably harder to do).

Or if there wasn't that half a second pause the whole game does when its finished processing the data, that would be much better than turning it off completetly.

It also helps to Purge your data, I've noticed the smaller the database the less pausing it will do when its finished. So a clean database will normally not pause when its finished scanning.

I used while in an INSTANCE and I didnt have any more lag that I was having normally that night. I dont know about you but last night was the worst I have seen it.

LATENCY 4000................normally 200

This is a symptom of having a pretty big local database. I have been meaning to revisit the way the final stats are collected such that it doesn't cause this pause though. I will try to put some effort into that before the next release.

Yeah, it didn't do the pause for me until after 1.10 I believe... but I did notice that purging my database makes it less noticeable. I don't like to do that though... I'm pretty sure by now I have most of the people playing regularly on my realm in my local DB, haha. Oh well, I guess I can deal.
