Provide timezone info for timestamp file

Could you please tell us which timezone the timestamp in http://www.warcraftrealms.com/exports/status.txt is based on? My guess would be GMT, but since update intervals grew its hard to tell. I'm using the CSV export to display our guild roster and would like to include the update time in CET(GMT+1).
