It's pretty obvious what peak hours are on most servers... the same as prime-time TV or most other human entertainment activities.

What's less obvious is peak activity by weekday. It'd be far more interesting to me to see a weekly graph of player activity, showing relative times by day of the week. It's almost certainly the case that Friday & Saturday would be busy, but what other times of the week? There may be some surprises in there for some realms. Are Tuesday evenings really the slowest?

Inquiring minds want to know...

I can pool the data I have and see what we come up with. There's lots of activity data I'd like to be displaying but either haven't had the time or I don't feel I get enough data to be very accurate.
