Option to set level range to /who

So people like me can set it 20-60 and avoid the 5 minutes census+ takes to record those players.
I would cut it off at...
20-60 and 40-60
That way we can grab those quick census of the most important (at least 40+ IMO is the most important data) without cutting the census tool off as we watch the /who spam.
Also as our .lua files start growing exponentially in size it would be nice to save some space
