How about main page, the text bar... a <Submit> button on there. I always think that I hit Enter so I'm cursing out my computer then I hit it again (or so i think) then BAM! it's there in seconds
Suggestion 2. Average processing time (now for this delay).
Last 24 Hour average process time: 1.4 Days
Last 72 Hour average: 2.1 Days
Last Week average: 1.9 Days

As for the suggestions, I assume by the submit button, you mean for the search? That will be taken care of with the redesign which should be going live by the end of next week.
The other one, I really need to expand that as well =)
