Server submissions order

Very minor thing here, just the order of languages on the server submissions page:

Ingame server tabs: English, German, French, Spanish

Most Wanted page: English, German, French, Spanish

Server Submissions page: English, French, German, Spanish

It's very minor and petty but if you're doing updates around there anyway sometime, might as well make it consistent ;)
